Chris Habana continues to carve a unique path in the world of creative direction and design, incorporating a patchwork of past experiences and future fantasies. The multidisciplinary creator found his artistic footing during his childhood in the Philippines, where Catholic private schools and Dungeons and Dragons sparked his fascination with religious iconography and sci-fi. Moving to California in his teens, Chris was immersed in San Francisco's buzzing 90s club kid scene which further informed his signature punk futuristic aesthetic. 

Throughout the mediums at Chris Habana’s disposal is a resounding purpose to elevate subculture. His disruptive approach encourages his audiences to confront themselves and their own ideals with captivating imagery that echoes sentiments of identity, community and sexuality. This ingrained focus has attracted companies like Nike and Legendary Pictures to present themselves to the world via Chris's surrealist perspective.

 Most notable of all his projects is CHRISHABANA Jewelry, a decade long practice through which the designer uses a blend of traditional and experimental techniques to create visually striking pieces meant to transform the body. These creations have gained the attention of the fashion industry thanks to fan favorite collaborations with leading contemporary brands including Prabal Gurung, Walter Van Beirendonck, and LaQuan Smith. Much of his latest work can be seen on superstar performers Beyoncé, Doja Cat, Lil Nas X and many others who have amplified Chris' mission to challenge the status quo on the world's largest platforms.
